The Four Person Scramble will feature a $10,000 “Hole in One” Contest, “Longest Drive” Contest, and “Closest to the Pin” Contest. Please be prepared to practice social distancing. It’s that time again! Time for “Spayghetti!!” This evening is the 7th Annual Spayghetti Fundraiser in support of the spay, neuter, rescue and adoption programs administered by San Saba County Friends of Animals. Drive through only but SSCFOA will deliver within the San Saba city limits.
The Fall Sweep Cleanup Party, sponsored by KSSB and the City of San Saba, is Saturday, October 10th, from 9:00 a.m. until noon at the courthouse square. It’s your chance to give something back to the “place you call home!”
Today is the annual opening of the Welcome Hunters Weekend at the Estep-Burleson Plaza. Hunters will receive goodie bags compliments the San Saba County Chamber of Commerce while supplies last.
This evening is the annual Welcome Hunters Steak Supper & Raffle hosted by the San Saba Volunteer Fire Department from 4:30 p.m. until “we run out!” Drive-through only.
Cost is $15 per plate. Additional Donations Welcome!
