What we really like to do is go out and look at birds and plants! We’ve visited LCRA San Saba River Nature Park, Risien Park, Mill Pond Park, San Saba Wastewater Treatment Plant, Lometa Reservoir, Colorado Bend State Park, Brownwood State Park, Inks Lake Sate Park, Johnson Nature Park in Lampasas, Blanco State Park, Bamberger Ranch, West Ft. Hood, and Pedernales Falls State Park.

We alternate programs with field trips September-May.
